1. Agreement
By creating an Abel Pay account you agree to these Terms. Abel Pay is a digital wallet and payments service provided by Abel Energy Global Limited ("Abel Pay", "we").
2. Eligibility and verification
You must be at least 18 and complete identity verification (KYC). Businesses must complete business verification (KYB). We may refuse, limit or close accounts that fail verification.
3. Services
Wallets, wallet-to-wallet transfers, transfers to bank accounts and mobile money, virtual and physical cards, merchant payments, bill payments, and agent cash-in and cash-out. Some services are provided with licensed banking and payment partners.
4. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep your login and PIN secret, and report lost cards or unauthorised activity immediately. You may not use Abel Pay for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or any unlawful purpose.
5. Fees and limits
Applicable fees and transaction limits are shown in the app before you confirm a transaction. We may change them with notice in the app.
6. Suspension and liability
We may suspend or restrict an account to comply with law or investigate suspicious activity. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control or by your failure to protect your credentials.
7. Governing law and contact
